Zinus, a home and bedroom furnishings supplier, was looking to increase ROAS and category presence on Walmart. In 2020, a Walmart Connect share-of-clicks analysis revealed an opportunity for Zinus to control a larger share of Sponsored Products placements and categories.


With a large share of Sponsored Products inventory not yet captured by competitors, Walmart Connect recommended that Zinus increase campaign spend to achieve maximum presence in relevant search results. Zinus transitioned from Walmart’s self-serve platform and ran its Sponsored Products campaigns through Skai, a Walmart Platform Partner. Zinus leveraged Skai’s bulk uploads to streamline campaign management and automate the process, saving the team time to focus on strategy.


As this new strategy began to yield higher returns, Zinus tripled its average monthly spend on Walmart. Skai delivered significant campaign-performance and efficiency gains. Results included 4X clicks, 7X sales, 2X ROAS, and a 13% decrease in CPC.
