This is a part-time, temporary position. We’re located in TLV (Ramat HaHayal) and work in a great hybrid model.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of US GAAP Financial Statements and other reports as needed.
  • Oversee monthly closing processes.
  • Manage ongoing payments to suppliers, credit cards, employee reimbursements, etc.
  • Responsible for tax reporting and ongoing financial activity in the Company's entities.
  • Working with the company’s finance team to establish and maintain internal controls and policies.
  • Assist the finance team with various finance reporting requirements.
  • Work with external auditors.
  • Ad-hoc projects, including automation projects and process improvement.
  • Assistance in the implementation of new procedures and systems.
  • Working with the company’s finance team to establish internal controls and policies.
  • This position reports to the Director of Finance.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Controller in a fast-paced, global high-tech company with multi-currency accounting experience.
  • CPA with Big 4 firm experience - Required.
  • Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition - Preferred.
  • High proficiency in English - Required.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets - Required.
  • Proven experience in US GAAP - Required.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Priority) - Preferred.
  • Experience with prioritization and time management - Essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on, with excellent human relations and teamwork skills.
  • Independent, reliable, dedicated, and punctual with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
