Gil joined Skai via the acquisition of Signals Analytics where he was co-founder and CEO. Today he leads Skai’s fast-growing Commerce division, as well as the organization’s strategic growth agendas, including BD, M&A and partnerships. He is a frequent guest lecturer and editorial contributor to the Forbes Council on the application of data intelligence to drive innovation, as well as the role of data analytics in retail media as part of a connected commerce marketing strategy. Gil holds an LLB and MA in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel.

Shirley Grill-Rachman
Shirley has nearly 20 years of legal, financial and operational management experience. She served as Professional Assistant to the Attorney General of Israel and held executive positions at the not-for-profit Atidim where she was part of the founding team and later VP of Finance and Operations at Intercast Networks. Mrs. Grill-Rachman holds a law degree (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, a Masters in Law (LLM) from the Hebrew University, and an MBA from INSEAD. She has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997.

Prior to joining Signals, Guy served as VP Product of Verint, a leading cyber intelligence company. Guy helped facilitate Verint’s growth journey from a small company to a public company of over $1B yearly revenue and over 5000 employees. He has over 22 years of experience in technology, delivery & execution, marketing and product management. Prior to Verint, he worked in several technological positions in Intel, IBM and ECI. Guy holds a B.A. in Business Management from The College of Management and Executive MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

Most recently he was Managing Director of Global Sales focused on helping the organization build its go-to-market strategy for its Omnichannel platform offering. Prior to Skai he led strategic accounts for Oracle Corporation in the CRM and Marketing space. Matt has personally made client success a core value and prides himself in helping brands and agency’s achieve their business goals. He has worked for industry leaders in a career that has spanned over 30 years.

Formerly at Ogilvy, Michelle continually pushes boundaries and leads the way in marketing innovation.

Nich brings over a decade of experience in digital advertising, Ecommerce, and retail marketing technology in venture-backed startups in Seattle. Nich spent the majority of his ad-tech career helping grow companies like AdReady and the Amazon-integrator, Mercent Corp., now a division of CommerceHub. Building on expertise developed integrating major brands and retailers onto Amazon’s Marketplace at Mercent Corp., Nich started an Amazon Consulting firm helping brands run their businesses and advertising on Amazon’s complex marketplace. Later, after launching his own brand on Amazon, Nich joined forces with BuyBoxExperts to lead their Amazon Advertising business, supporting top-tier brands’ ppc and DSP efforts on Amazon. Nich joined Skai to help lead the Ecommerce business unit, pointing the industry-leading search technology toward the erupting Retail Advertising opportunity. Nich holds a BA in Music Theory and History from Whitman College.

Paul serves as Executive Vice President Business Development, Publishers at Skai, bringing to the role more than 20 years of experience in business and product strategy. Most recently, Paul was GM of Search, leading the paid search stragety. Paul joined Skai from HP as former Chief Product Owner for Global Marketing Products and Services. There, he was instrumental in helping to revamp HP.com as part of HP’s digital transformation program. Earlier, Paul spent a decade at IAC / Ask.com leading product, development, and operations for Search and was the co-creator of the Ask Sponsored Listings business unit. Paul has a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Shmil is a partner at Sequoia Capital Israel and works with Internet, Mobile and technology companies. He currently serves on the boards of Skai, Pontis, Olive, Scodix, Personetics, Ravello and Zazma. He was previously on the boards of Topio (NetApp), Attenti (3M), PortAuthority (Websense), Qumranet (redhat), Riverhead (Cisco) and Storwize (IBM). Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2000, he was the President of Lucent Technologies Internetworking Systems Division. Shmil joined Lucent following Lucent’s acquisition of Lannet where he served as the President and CEO. Shmil joined Lannet as VP for R&D. Shmil also served as VP of Madge Networks. Before joining Lannet, Shmil held senior technical positions at IAI, Boeing and Astronautics in the area of Avionic Systems. Shmil has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Ben Gorion University.

Currently, Stephen serves as a director for several companies and is an active angel investor in early stage technology companies. Previously, Stephen held the role of Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Executive Officer of Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV). Earlier in his career he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Innovation Officer for DoubleClick, one the pioneers of the online advertising industry. Stephen began his career at the accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Boaz currently sits on the board of Skai, AppsFlyer, MinuteMedia, Guardicore, IntSights, At-bay, & Vdoo Previously he served on the board of JFrog (NASDAQ:FROG) and on some of Evergreen’s most significant exits including Exalink, P-cube, Dune Networks Aeroscout, Metalink, BigBand, AVT (IPO) and Envara. Boaz earned a B.Sc from the Technion in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
