How Skai Takes the Growing Pains Out of the Client Onboarding Process

While 2020 was already set to be a banner year for marketing technology spending  with Gartner’s 2019 survey predicting that “martech” spending would make up for around 26% of budgets. In actuality, companies likely spent even more on martech than projections indicated, and that boost in spending is likely to increasing in 2021. 

Of course, this increase in spending is largely due to pandemic-related challenges. As consumers have looked for new ways to shop and many businesses are forced to collaborate while also working from home, the tools businesses need to stay competitive are rapidly changing. According to a recent survey by Newscred, a resounding 60% of marketing leaders say that they’re looking to increase their martech spending in the coming months. 

But that scramble to adopt new technology in order to stay competitive in the changing digital landscape often comes with one main gripe from companies looking to upgrade their tools: the client onboarding process. In the past, onboarding new technology has been time-consuming and just downright confusing, which is why Skai has developed dedicated teams committed to ensuring the client onboarding process works as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
