Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) is an open-source library that provides a straightforward way to create web pages that load near instantaneously for users and is now supported by Skai.
To help advertisers track and measure their Accelerated Mobile Pages on the Skai platform, Skai has released the AMP global tag.
The new tag ensures accurate measurement and better mobile optimization under AMP traffic and, once implemented in all AMP web pages, its traffic measurement coverage is based on Browser, Publisher Affect effect and also the AMP tag feature release.
AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) is a new technology standard for creating web pages. Its main objective is to improve your mobile browsing experience by facilitating near-instantaneous page loads. As well as being fast, AMP pages are more secure, more lightweight, more responsive to any device, and more appealing.
As AMP landing pages redirect by search engines and increase user engagement (therefore increasing the amount of time that users spend on the web page), you can leverage AMP technology to increase your web traffic. Several cases studies have found that web pages which use AMP technology have increased web traffic by 10%, and doubled the amount of time spent on the web page.

As Skai begins to roll out support for Accelerated Mobile Pages, clients with AMP enabled pages and are currently using the Skai Infinity and Global tag should contact their Skai representative to learn more. To learn more, see the online help or contact Skai today.
