The mission of the Enablement (Education) Service is to manage and build training in Skai. Training is for internal and external training clients. While the primary focus of the client training team is net-new customers, our reach can extend to existing customers and internal team members. Our goal is to empower students through interactive and relevant training. As part of Skai Revenue organization, this position works cross-functionally to prepare for and lead training workshops. The trainer provides clear next steps, account opportunities, and feedback to teams across the organization (e.g. client success, product, onboarding).

 

Reporting into the Head of Education & Enablement, this position is responsible for facilitating onboarding/ retraining workshops, core training sessions, internal train the trainer sessions and various other training engagements as needed. Video / recordings learning is another delivery mode that is used at Skai. This position designs, builds and delivers recorded video sessions. It’s critical for this person to be process-oriented and follow various workflows as they relate to training components (requests, surveys, follow-ups, certifications). 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare for and facilitate training workshops
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Sales, CS, and Onboarding teams
  • Create & update training materials as necessary
  • Document and maintain all Salesforce records as they relate to training
  • Remain up to date on all Skai Search, Ecomm & Pinterest product releases
  • Integrate latest release information into training as needed
  • Design and develop recorded/video training materials
  • Feedback insights, questions, and product requests that arise in training


What You Have:

  • Working knowledge of adult learning theories
  • Understanding of Customer Success methodology
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills demonstrated in person and online training session
  • Clear communicator when engaging with internal and external clients
  • Excellent project/program management capabilities
  • 2 years of experience with the execution side of digital marketing, either at an agency or as an advertiser or 2 years instructor/training experience in the digital marking space
  • Critical & creative thinker
  • Take a high degree of ownership over your work
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Advocates for best practices
  • Salesforce experience
  • Advanced Google suite for business experience (sheets, slides, etc)
