Our Senior Product Marketing Manager will help build and drive business insight, rigor and efficiency for our revenue organization. This role will report to the Vice President of Product Marketing & Enablement and support GTM initiatives to drive revenue growth. We’re looking for someone with a bias to action, who is self-motivated, analytical, data-driven, and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and our mission to drive demand for advertisers across all commerce media. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for creating go-to-market and engagement strategies that accelerate Skai's growth. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Sales, Client Success, Enablement and Marketing teams to ensure that clients and prospects alike understand the value of the product in order to drive trial to conversion rate, as well as product adoption and engagement. Your experience in commerce and retail media, and your understanding of the competitive landscape will allow you to build strategies that ensure the success of our clients at each stage of their journey.

 

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can take initiative with little direction. You have a strong gut but your strategies are backed by data, and you iterate on your approach by gathering feedback from different sources. The ideal candidate will have proven product marketing experience, preferably in the commerce, retail media, and adtech space. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor of a transforming industry and play a critical role in driving our continued success.

 

Responsibilities:

●      Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product features and updates that drive engagement and adoption.

●      Oversee and execute product release strategies, onboarding automation campaigns, product messaging, upsell opportunities, and client/trial user segmentation.

●      Conduct product marketing data analysis, with the support of the cross-functional teams, by gathering and interpreting data, and presenting it in a clear and actionable manner.

●      Identify success metrics and measure the results of your strategies and initiatives to continuously iterate and maximize results.

●      Communicate new product features and updates to internal teams ensuring they have the information needed to capitalize on the release.

●      Establish a clear understanding of our clients’ needs, product offerings, and competitive landscape in order to ensure product strategies align with market demand.

●      Research our clients and gather their feedback through calls, emails, review support tickets, surveys, review product adoption data, run competitive analysis to become an expert in their pain points and how to speak to them.

 

Qualifications:

●      3-5 years of experience in creating and executing marketing strategies, preferably in a B2B, product-led organization.

●      Proven track record executing product marketing strategies that had impactful results.

●      Ability to translate technical functionality into key messaging that effectively conveys the benefits to end-users.

●      Experience launching products or product features with cross-departmental alignment, and tailoring communications to different audiences, both internally and externally and in subscription sales model is critical.

●      Experience in retail media, adtech or adjacent fields, with commerce operations background as a major plus.

●      Strong ability to analyze data in order to inform your decisions and measure the impact of your work.

●      Highly motivated, action-oriented individual.

●      Ability to perform both on the tactical and strategic level.

●      Strong communication and presentation skills


The annual salary range for this position is $125,000-135,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for additional quarterly bonus compensation through one of Skai’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
