About The Position

The Client Success Manager (Social / Commerce) is responsible for overseeing all facets of client utilization of the Skai Social management platform (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest), along with the opportunity to expand into Skai's Commerce platform (Amazon, Google etc.). The Client Success Manager is ultimately accountable for clients’ satisfaction and the ability to leverage Skai Social to drive high performance for digital initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, hands-on experience implementing online marketing strategies, and most importantly, a consultative approach to addressing client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively build relationships with publisher client partners
  • Provide technical support of the Skai Social / Commerce platform
  • Support the CS practice to drive client retention, growth, and new business growth
  • Provide business applied paid digital media solutions and strategies
  • Provide training to clients enabling them to effectively use Skai Social / Commerce
  • To partner closely with product development, sales, and sales engineers to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunity
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded
  • Ability to understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine the ideal solution
  • Communicating regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction
  • Support weekly/biweekly client calls
  • Forecast monthly revenue for an existing business or for any new opportunities
  • Perform detailed client audits to identify client needs or workflow gaps
  • Support new Skai Social team members within client services as well across other departments
  • Work as part of a global CS team with footprints in London, NY & SF, managing clients in Israel and across EMEA

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S.
  • English speaker (Additional French / Spanish a bonus!)
  • Ability to understand the basics of Paid Social and digital concepts and ecosystem
  • Knowledge of paid advertising concepts
  • Significant advantage if the candidate has knowledge of channels beyond paid social such as Amazon, Google
  • Experience working with a SaaS or Native solution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to elicit client feedback to help direct continuous improvements for the Skai platform
  • Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management
  • Experience collaborating with teams and clients both locally and virtually
  • Organized and methodical, with excellent time management skills
  • Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make a client successful
  • Ability to understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine the ideal solution
  • Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time
