In May this year Figaro Digital teamed up with providers of digital marketing software Skai and market research specialists Lightspeed Research to investigate patterns in consumer search. A nationally representative sample of the UK consumer population consisting of 1,001 respondents took part and the results, published in the white paper ‘How Consumers Search for Products: Insights For Better Optimisation’ shed valuable light on how, why, when and where consumers are researching and purchasing products online.
