What You’ll Do

As Director of Finance, you will lead global financial operations, ensure strict compliance, and direct strategic tax and treasury initiatives. You will directly manage our Controller, Payroll Controller, and AP functions.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and scale the finance team, maintaining a high-performing Controllership, Payroll, and Accounts Payable.
  • Financial Reporting: Own the end-to-end close process and produce timely, accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Tax & Compliance: Own multi-jurisdictional tax strategy and statutory compliance, manage tax audits and inquiries in coordination with local and international tax advisors, and drive open matters to timely resolution. 
  • Treasury & Risk Management: Proactively manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity, FX hedging, and corporate banking relationships.
  • Vendor & AP Management: Oversee vendor relationships and the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments.


Requirements

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in financial leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of progressive financial leadership, ideally within global SaaS/Tech (Big 4 background preferred).
  • Proven Management & Stakeholder Alignment: Experience directly leading Controllers and finance teams, while serving as a strategic financial partner to cross-functional leaders and executives across the organization.
  • AI & Process Optimization: Knowledge and proven experience in adopting and integrating AI tools into daily workflows to drive automation, streamline financial processes, and increase team efficiency.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in US GAAP, international taxation, and FX hedging/treasury management.
  • Execution & Ownership: Highly independent, reliable, and results-driven with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute seamlessly under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
