Wild Fi boosts lead gen 33% and conversions up 258% across search and social for Personal
Challenge
Personal, a leading telecommunication company in Paraguay, offers phone, internet, and cable TV solutions for consumers and businesses. To unlock more ad budget, the company partnered with Wild Fi, a creative performance network, to manage and optimize digital campaigns. Wild Fi needed to show internal stakeholders the value of paid search and social media as effective lead generation and sales channels. Their goals included improving budget efficiency and enhancing lead quality to scale customer acquisition for Personal while securing additional budget to fuel growth.
Solution
Wild Fi connected Personal’s Meta and Google accounts to Skai, giving the agency a single login and a more comprehensive view to activate, track, and optimize budgets. This set up not only helped to simplify complex campaign structures and reporting across channels, but also streamlined daily workflows for the team allowing for more time to be spent on strategic tasks.
After reviewing the client’s historical campaign performance, the agency grouped ads and ad sets into Portfolios. Using AI and machine-based learning algorithms, they optimized groups of Meta campaigns to meet a shared budget goal. This strategy saved significant time by automatically and continuously optimizing bids. The agency could make adjustments quickly because Skai surfaced additional insights into whether a set goal might affect ad delivery or if they could spend more at the same goal.
Additionally, Wild Fi improved efficiency for paid search campaigns using Skai’s advanced budget forecasting tool, Budget Navigator, Wild Fi accurately managed bids and budgets, allowing for better strategic planning on Google by planning multiple “what-if” scenarios to understand how a change in budget could impact return. Budget Navigator also helped the agency accurately determine the optimal allocation of investment across portfolios and automated pacing to maximize results.
Results
Comparing month-over-month results, Wild Fi achieved a 33% increase in lead volume for Personal. The conversion rate for paid search improved by 43%, and for Meta campaigns, the conversion rate improved by 258%. Once Portfolios were enabled, spend efficiency was evident with a 23% decrease in cost-per-sale for paid search and a 73% drop for paid social. The final metric that helped the brand secure more budget was an increase in sales of 225% across Meta campaigns and 32% for Google, comparing April to May after applying Skai’s capabilities.
