Who you are: A native-level English speaker and professional writer who is passionate about content and UX as well as being a critical thinker with an eye for detail. You are passionate about learning new tools and technologies and keep up to date on trends in UX and help writing. You are a team player with a can-do attitude who can give and take feedback constructively, and who is comfortable working on new, changing, and fast-paced projects. You are quick to adapt to new workflows and technologies and are not afraid of a challenge. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Write fresh and engaging online help articles that highlight the value of our products and promote adoption 
  • Write clear, creative UX content while adhering to the Skai style guide 
  • Coordinate, review, and deliver value-based release announcement materials 
  • Create engaging and creative video tutorials and in-application walkthroughs 
  • Analyze the usage of the content you produce and take action accordingly 
  • Work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders across the company 
  • Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial concepts to shipping perfect content and analyzing its usage 
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders across the company 
  • Work with product marketing and your fellow enablement managers to align messaging across products 
  • Advocate for help and UX content strategy across teams


  • Native English speaker
  • At least 4 years marketing, technical, and/or UX writing experience in a software company 
  • Passion for learning new tools and ability to work with multiple technologies 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines under minimal supervision 
  • Ability to collaborate with teams worldwide to understand ever-changing product capabilities, benefits, and usage 
  • Effective time management and organizational skills 
  • Experience in SaaS and Agile environments an advantage
