This is a full-time, temporary position covering maternity leave. We’re located in TLV (Ramat HaHayal) and work in a great hybrid model with two days in the office, supported by a passionate, diverse team and a vibrant company culture.

The HRBP and Talent Acquisition at Skai

  • Act as a strategic partner to management level and employees throughout their Skai journey on HR-related matters, consulting and giving guidance.
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.
  • Work with HR team members: HRBPs, employer branding, employee experience, and HR analyst.
  • Partner with the global HR team to execute global HR programs.
  • Function as the sole recruiter in Israel, manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and executing job offers.
  • Build relationships with your hiring teams and serve as an advisor and partner. 
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify meaningful patterns, informing successful decision-making.

Requirements

What You'll Need

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP and a Talent Acquisition Partner in complex and global environments in tech organizations.
  • Previous experience in partnering with senior managers to build strong relationships and drive an HR strategy.
  • BA in a related field.
  • Team player, execution-focused, innovative, open-minded, resilient, energetic, and dynamic.
